Description:
Responsible for taking incoming calls – answering or referring enquiries, transferring calls, taking messages, light admin duties if needed. Welcoming visitors, Liaising with staff and residents.
Training provided.
Day/Time:
- Mondays 10am – 1pm
- Fridays 4-8pm
Requirement:
- Friendly, polite and impartial.
- Good communication and written skills.
- Confident.
- Confidentiality. Able to maintain professional boundaries.
- Good attendance.
